Each time you log in the iPad or iPhone gives I not sure if the MAC address or the ip address but to Sky it thinks you are logging on with new device even the though it came iPad all the time. I log on to this forum quite a few times a day on my iPad and each time I get email from Sky saying " New device sign in" when in fact it's the same device just that it sent a different code to Sky.

Was this a payment against your credit agreement for it ?

That message could be from your Apple account.
