Hopefully someone can help. Last Friday I open a new account with sky an arranged for a sky router to be delivered. it didn't arrive to the our address, i phoned to find oiut why and it appears that when we place the order over the phone the person wrote down completely the wrong address. I now con't get anyoine at sky to help me change the address or cancel my contact because keep asking me for the address on the account. nightmare
