Hi Patricia Nicholl here. I have cancel my sky account on 1st April 2024, I don't understand why I'm being billed for Sky as I don't use it, I also sent back your Skybox so there's no need for a payment as can't and not using Sky

How did you cancel? Did you receive confirmation of your cancellation request? Did you just send the boxes back without informing Sky?
