Is this a scam

I've just received a phone call from what sounded like a veey noisy call centre. Say I was getting discount and free gift.

i'm sure it's a scam, but worried they have my name, phone number, email (there's went to my junk) and my address. Should do anything?

It was a scam call so if you did not give them any details they asked for then you will have no issues.

With any calls from 'Sky' (especially unexpected calls) I would expect a genuine agent to ask for your previously agreed telephone password to confirm you're the account holder. You could initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it will be a scam call. If in any doubt hang up and contact Sky by approved methods.

That combination is almost always the hallmark of a scam operation.
