&lt;P&gt;Are these coming from Sky, if so due to two factor verification being turned on you will be asked to enter the code if you try to access your Sky account or a Sky email account online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last 4 days I keep receiving one time passcodes but I haven't asked for them. Any ideas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then who ever is doing it won't even get as far as to generate the two step verification codes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They're not 2 step verification codes which are sent by text.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Make sure your email account is secure and that nobody has access to it other than you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
