You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Unless you subscribe to Sky Business broadband, Sky TV, Sky Broadband and Sky Mobile services are a domestic service so VAT isn't required to be displayed separately.

Sky Business Broadband, Business Mobile and Business (Hospitality) Television will be invoiced as business to business services, and appropriate paperwork is downloadable here:

https://www.sky.com/business/help/soho-cust-oh/customer-myaccount/

Regular Sky Broadband and Sky Mobile are provided as domestic services (even if the user is personally VAT registered or chooses to use them for business purposes)

Regular Sky Television mustn't be used for business at all, and Sky gets very humourless about it.
