I want to change the date I pay my broadband to 27th of every month and can I change my TV to the 13th of every month thank you

Welcome to the forum

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself. You can make a change to your payment date on the my sky app. Go to the bill you want to change view the bill and scroll down to change payment date

If you are a new customer you have to let two payments go through before you can change the date.

See this link. Any change could also change the amount payable as a bill will end up being for a period longer than the usual 4 weeks.
