Hi,

once I've left sky, my credit has not been returned despite all equipment being returned.

When was your last day with Sky and on what date each month were you billed on ?

Refunds after cancelling a subscription should take about 6 weeks from the last day of connection, but posts on here suggest it’s taking longer ~ (additionally what would have been the next payment date has to have passed as well).

We can potentially help you get it refunded within 3-5 working days via staff from the Community Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

Before we can escalate it to Sky we need confirmation that:
▪️the credit is still showing on your Sky account and,
▪️the payment method is still active.

If you’ve already cancelled your payment method Sky can either reinstate it, or get a back office team to raise a cheque to post to you but that obviously takes a lot longer.

Final bill was 1st July and all payment methods are still active

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
