confusion with bill

so my sky mobile bill has show that it has last been taken out in april this year. every month since then my balance has shown that it has been paid but no money has left my bank. my broadband and q is still coming out but nothing for sky mobile. my bank details are all correct. any ideas why this could be happening i don't want sky coming and asking for the amount in bulk when it says it has been paid.

Have you been using your mobile as normal - no restrictions?

sorry i didn't mean to post it in this one yeah i haven't had any letters in the post or any messages in my sky app.
