@Akaemily No one here can do that, this is a customer helps customer community, if you're outside a minimum term then you'll need to contact Sky to negotiate a new deal which comes with a 24 month minimum term.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

You haven't said which service; TV, Broadband?

It will involve either negotiating a new discount if yours has expired or in the case of a TV subscription, potentially removing a part of your current package.

We can't as we are just Sky customers here don't will need to call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount and this will mean agreeing to a new contract.
