Linking SkyID to Sky Account

Hello there,

I have a Sky Broadband account activated just today, but I cannot link it to my Sky iD because I don't have my 12-digit Sky Account Number. Apparently I'm neither the account owner nor a manager, so I can't see my details/bills/products/etc. A guy came to prepare the installation and everything, we put the modem in place and broadband works just fine, but I can't see my own details.

I have also tried using the last 6 digits of my bank account, but I get the message: “We couldn't find a record matching the details you provided.”

I don't know how bad can this be, but it's frustrating.
