I'm moving house and need to suspend services , as there is a gap between selling the current property and getting the new one.

what do I need to do.

That isn't something Sky allow you to do.

Your only havr one option and they is to cancel which you can do penalty free if you are not in a contract with Sky otherwise you might have to pay early termination fees. This will mean returning the equipment.

When you are in your new property you should be able to sign up as a new customer taking whatever offers are available at the time.
