Disney+ restart subscription log in loop

My Disney+ is included in my Sky package and My Sky says Disney+ is already mine. However, Disney+ shows ‘No active subscription’ and asks me to restart my subscription. I tried to log back in to Disney+ via my sky stream on the tv but when I scan the QR code it gives me and add the code it also says to restart my subscription. If I click to restart it give me payment options. Please help!

Good afternoon @Bma1 This sounds like you're using a different email address to the one that's linked to your Sky account if you're getting this error when trying to log in. More info is available here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-signing-up-disney-plus

Hi Danielle,

it's the same email address, I have had the account linked since March with no issues. This week i had to log out and log back in on both my sky tv and the Disney+ app and now it says to restart my subscription
