Ghost account issue

I need an IDM escalation.
My Sky ID is still linked to a closed account from a previous address, which is causing a ghost account issue.
Because of this, my current active account isn’t becoming the primary one, and Sky VIP / apps won’t work.

How do I escalate this to the IDM team to detach the old account from my Sky ID so my current account can be set as primary?

Usually all you need to do is to remove the emai address from the old account if you are also using it on your new one so have you tried this by logging into the old one to remove it ?

On that case it will be the ID team you need to ask to speak to when you manage to get past the bot after calling Sky.
