Extra payment has been taken

I've just had a £97 payment taken from my card but I don't understand why? I've already been upto date with my mobile bill. And now have a £91 credit on my sky account which I would much rather have refunded back into my bank. Is this possible? Has anybody else had this?

No manual payment was made this was just taken as a single payment. I've been a customer for years and never experienced this kind of payment.
I was hoping it's just an error
