I had agreed to renew my subscription at £29.50 per month, got an email saying it would be £37.50 per month! I pay for my own Netflix as you could not set it up, I'm paying for basic Sky package? Can you please help me?

We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky broadband landline or Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky

What does your future bills show ?
