We spoke about bringing my bill down to £80 and I've noticed my bill is at £106.50 and have been paying this since the conversation. I am absolutely disappointed in this and really annoyed as a long time customer and would like someone to contact me after 16:30 to discuss this as I'm working. I am really to pull the plug on sky as it's too expensive and not taking care of there customers as it seems.
