Can't link new account

Hi there,

I have just signed up for sky again today. I used the same email address as two years ago and when I log on there is no mention of my new account or broadband and TV package that I have on order. The AI says to link the new account with the email and details on my account, but does not provide a way to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

You old account will have been closed so you will need to set up a new one, if you want to use the same email address it needs to be removed from the old one first:

And remove the email address, you might have to enter something else but as you are not using that account is shouldn't matter what you enter.

Then use the link I posted earlier to setup your new one.
