Why is its saying i haven't paid my bill when it came out my bank on 28.7.26

Was that an unnecessary manual payment? Any manual payment has correctly gone as a credit on your Sky account (to be used on your next bill), and then if the planned payment Sky try to take fails your services stand the risk of being restricted.

Best to let the Direct Debit or continuous card payment you have set up (as per the T's and C's) do the transaction Sky will be expecting.

It was a planned payment I payment my bill every month so do understand why its coming up that I haven't paid

Yes but was it made manually or do you have a direct debit setup or a payment card setup on your account for Sky to take the bill automatically every month?

Then was it happening is the manual payments are you making is not paying the bill but is instead going on your account as a credit which should now be used to pay a future bill because as posted above you should have either a credit/debit card or a direct debit setup so Sky can take it automatically from you each month.

its set up as direct debit and I've checked on my Internet banking and it definitely saying its been taken out

You are going to have to call Sky about this if you are saying that the payment was taken by the direct debit but has not appeared on your billing account.
