Hi. I know the normal wait for a refund is 6 weeks but I'm hoping this can be escalated to a sky employee. I cancelled my broadband and it finished on the 23rd of July. My account is now showing £59 in credit and my direct debit is still active. I have returned my equipment and they have confirmed they received it.

Possibly too soon. What would have been the next payment date has to have passed.
