Hello, so I cancelled my sky account with you months ago I paid everything I owed and I sent the box back to you so I would appreciate if you could stop messaging me saying I owe you money when I owe you nothing.

i did all this over the phone.

@Laura-92 Your post have been moved from the email board as you are not emailing Sky by posting there, that is for SKy/Yahoo email account related issues.

You're also not contacting Sky customer servoces by posting here.

If you wish for the community to help you need to provide moire info, what are Sky saying the charges are for?

When you cancelled did you receive email cionfirmation if this? What does your Sky account show this payment request is for?

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like @GD1 and myself.

The charge will either be for non return of loaned equipment (which takes a good few weeks to be processed by Unipart) or continued payments (which means the cancellation may not have gone through correctly).

You said you didn't the cancellation over the phone did you get confirmation in the way of your letter that your subscription would be cancelled. You say you paid everything but this include 31 days notice period? You say you sent the box back did Sky send you the packing to do so or did just use you own packing. As said this just forum of fellow users. If some reason Sky still believes you owe some payment, you will need to phone Sky to sort this out. As unfortunately if Sky beleave there is a outstanding amount which may turne out to be err on there part these emails will not just stop and should not just be ignored as after a time these email will turn in to letter or visit from a debit collection agency with extra charges imposed. Therefore you realy need to contact Sky to sort out this situation even though this error on Skys part
