You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here, the Community

is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

We don't know when you spoke to Sky about this so it might take a few days for it to be visible on your Sky account. Do future bills show the amount you're expecting and the £10 applied as a credit?
