My first sky stream bill failed as I didn't know exact date so I paid it with same card next day but sky are going in every day to try payment again

You would need to speak to Sky this site is for customers not sky customer service

Any manual payment was unnecessary and has correctly gone as a credit on your Sky account (to be used on your next bill), and then if the planned payment Sky try to take fails your services stand the risk of being restricted.

Best to let the Direct Debit or continuous card payment you have set up (as per the T's and C's) do the transaction Sky will be expecting.
