This is probably related to what you posted back on 20th July and that these calls are not from Sky as adbised last month as they are from scammers who want your account details so if you can see if you can block these calls on your mobile.

I keep getting a consistent calls from this

A 3372. But. It left a record. Because i have a reason to call on my phone because I am sick to death. Of them ring. It is a real creepy voice. Say la. Or hello. It couldn't work it. Out. But they sound like witches from Disney. If it a real sky worker. They need to stop hassling their customers. Every single week for 5 months I am sick of it now.

Re: Anyone get a creepy calll from sky

@Lisa346

Your post isn't very clear but I get the gist.

From Skys own website

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/received-call-from-08007613372

Of course any number can be spoofed. That link does suggest contacting Sky if you have any concerns.

With any calls from 'Sky' (especially unexpected calls) if the caller asks for your previously agreed telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which I would expect a genuine Sky agent to do) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it will be a scam call.
