Usually broadband credit is applied to your account so it can be used to pay future bills until it has all been used up. Once it has been added to your account you will have to call Sky about this to see if they will refund it to you instead.

I've been emailed to say I'm being given compensation for an ongoing issue.since installation and for the inconvenience. It says it'll be credited to my Sky account which seems daft as it's quite a sum and like it to be paid into my bank. Does anyone know if this can be done before I contact them 😊

Thank you! I'll call them! Rather have the compensation directly to me
