Credit refund

I was charged £222 for not returning sky equipment on the 1st of July. I then got in touch and send my sky equipment back ASAP and they received this on the 10th July. Since then which has been 3 weeks I have been lied to originally told my refund would take 3-5 working days. Waited for this date and nothing came into my account. Rang again as was told that was wrong it's 10 working days as a karate amount. Waited again nothing I have been ringing constantly for the past 3 weeks I have spoken to 2 supervisors and 3 managers in this time. I am constantly being told different things everytime I ring up. I need my money back!

@Rebeccasm12 does your Sky account have a credit balance (that is a minus figure)?
