@Chanine It's not clear which services you have with Sky however you mention home phone, do you mean your landline?

Did you take the existing service with you when you moved via a home move with Sky?

Do you currently have an active service at your new address. If yes and it's broadband/talk is your phone plugged into your hub?

Also be aware moving to a different area may result in you losing your old landline number.
