Updating your address should be a straightforward, 10 minute phone conversation. No need for transferring between departments. Unless there's more to this than you've posted?

My credit report is still showing an address that I changed when we were moving house but it fell through, after over two hours on the phone with sky they still didn't change my address back, in the end I cancelled my sky broadband and tv out of frustration, and they sent my return packaging to the incorrect address, so I had to do my own label, customer services is useless, they just kept putting me onto a different department and then cut me off so I'd have to start from scratch again, now the incorrect address is still showing on my credit report and equifax have contacted sky for sky to call sky to remove the address, I am not spending hours on the phone with sky customer services when it's not a free number and they won't resolve a simple issue , I've tried using the virtual assistant and they just send me here, can't speak with a human, it's very frustrating
