I sky need to put there online chat services back i need to chat with them asap about my high bills and and the ongoing issue i have with there sky mobile contract this is not great customers service from sky is it i think are worst broadband and mobile service ever what **bleep** provider

@justin+nightingal the chat service hasn't gone anwhere. Follow the help guide for your particular issue, and if it doesn't resolve it, contact options will be provided, including a private chat if appropriate.

Actually I have noticed the Chat service is frequently greyed out for me, leaving a phone call the only option (not that that bothers me and I'm usually through quickly). It can't be training every time surely? It does appear to be dependant on what you tell the chat bot.

Most likely because the available chat advisers are fully occupied.
