Good evening,

I am writing to discuss my account.

I recently spoke with one of your advisors to cancel my subscription, as this was an old account linked to my previous address. I only kept it active for one year while I was in the process of transferring everything over. A few months ago, I returned all of the equipment to Sky using the prepaid box provided, and I explained this during my call. This call was in February when it was cancelled as I incorrectly made a payment to this account instead of my glass tv..

the account I'm wanting to close is account number

as I keep getting bill charges for £90 which I don't even use this service..

could someone please confirm this will

be credited to my account and closed as I just cannot believe that theee is still Jo action took since February of this year.

We are Dky customers here.

Are you sure the account is actually closed as usually doesn't do 12 month contracts for TV or Broadbsnd as they are a minimum of 24 months.
