Payment overdue message

Hi, please can someone get back to me I had a txt from sky saying my payment is overdue when I've already gave you my direct debit details for the amount to be taken from my account,can you tell me why this has happened?

@Lauren299 when did you provide your direct debit details. Does the direct debit appear in your online Bills and Payments?

What does it say here regarding this bill:

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

If for any reason it isn't taken with a direct debit Sky will try again 10 days later so there is no need to make a manual payment as doing so will not stop this.

Hi yes it does my new card details are showing when I go into my account on the app

In your opening post you mentioned a direct debit and not you mention a card, so which one should the bill be taken by and what shows on your account via the link I posted about it ?
