Still waiting for sky bill

I'm still waiting for my sky bill to come through the post and it supposed to be payed on the 27th July so don't know what to do

@Nigel441 Have you opted in to paper billing (which is additional cost) otherwise billing is online only see the link below for your online bill

you should be able to make payment using the appropriate service on the link above

If you can log in to the Sky.com web site if you cab lig in to your account in there and you can see your bill on there under "bills and payments"

You should still have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up as per the T's and C's you've agreed to.

You pay by Sky taking it automatically from you via the payment details you supplied when the order was placed as there is no need to make any manual payments yourself.

Each paper bill you receive you a charged a small fee for so if you can you can print your own bills each month by downloading it via here:

If needs be you can also turn off paper bill via this link as well.

No I don't do it by direct debit thay should be sending a postal bill so we can pay it a post office but thay haven't yet

Are you able to print your own bills each as it will be a copy of what is sent via the post.

Unfortunately the T&Cs do state that a continuous payment method needs to be setup on your account, be it a direct debit or card details that Sky will use to automatically collect the billed amount.

However all bills are available online to check a couple of weeks before the payment date at sky.com/bill
