Trying to chat to advisor

My account has been suspended. Says I am overdue £35.20. When I try to pay it says I am then due £250 odd . I have tried using chat bot but they are useless. I called sky and cant speak to anyone until balance is cleared. Tried to get to chat to advisor through the bot but they wont let me. Any help would be appreciated please

Account suspended or services restricted? In other words do your Sky services still work?

Hi @Grantyboy I'm sorry, Sky will not talk to you (any means) until you have paid what they think you owe and set up a new continuous payment method.

That sounds possibly like a credit agreement has been cancelled and now the full outstanding credit is due...
