Netflix Basic or Standard?

I'm currently being billed by Sky for Netflix Standard with Boost (no Ads). But when I check my plan on the Netflix.com account page it says "Basic Plan Billed through Sky Package". That means I can only watch on 1 device at once instead of 2 and resolution is restricted to 720p instead of 1080p. I've contacted Netflix and they say it's Sky's responsibility to fix.

Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me?
