Add on that I did not ask for.

My bills gone up an extra £20 to compared to what it use to be. And after having a problem with someone on your team adding an add on which I didn't ask for affected me last month, only £7 has been taken off of that when I didn't ask for it to be added on in the first place. I'm very unhappy how I've been dealt with and feel like I've not been listened to.

What add-on was added and more importantly has it now been removed?
