I am being over charged my bill should not be this and I already paid my bill of £70.50 in July

Did you make an unnecessary manual payment as the chances are doing so will not have seen the bill being paid but instead the payment will have gone onto the account as a credit6 so is this what has happened ?

Why?

Manual payments are unnecessary. The T's and C's you’ve agreed to state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up meaning you don’t need to make a manual payment (unless your services have been restricted).
