Took out ultimate tv with Netflix for £20 a month for 24 months.....after activation I am now been charged £24 a month. I havevbeen on the phone for over 20hrs since last Friday and I am hitting a wall with lying, repeated i get back to you and never do and trying to sell me more products. I have been to every dept and nobody can help. I find sky customer service bad and that's putting it mildly. I am now thinking of just cancelling as I give up or go straight to the Ombudsman.

The first bill can be higher as it will probably cover more than the usual 4 weeks so what do your future bills show ?

Hi @Qe You will have to follow the correct procedures before the ombudsman will engage with you. First step is to raise a formal complaint https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint then allow Sky 6 weeks or get a deadlock letter from Sky. You should carefully read the full terms, please note that it is the discounts that are fixed for the minimum term, not the list prices.

In that case you need to contact Sky and point out that fact and get it changed as per there confirming email/ message
