She needs her phone for emergencies but not tv package. I have had to unplug the box as she has lost all memory on how to use this . Is there a way to get hef out of this contract and just have the telephone. I cant get through on phone as i cant pass the security questions she has lost all capacity and doesnt know them. She is paying for a service she cant use .
