you've taken other payment out of my bank when i've always paid paid this months bill , you keep saying late payment and adding 10 pound late fess

Did you make an unnecessary manual payment? If so, that payment doesn't necessarily stop the automated collection and if that fails then late payment charges can be made.

Any manual payment was unnecessary and has correctly gone as a credit on your Sky account (to be used on your next bill), and then if the planned payment Sky try to take fails your services stand the risk of being restricted.

Best to let the Direct Debit or continuous card payment you have set up (as per the T's and C's) do the transaction Sky will be expecting.
