Hi You say I have a balance to pay but you have took the payment of my card I originally paid with . Last mo th I paid twice . Stop taking it of the card as you owe me 23.00 from last month as I paid twice .

You have agreed to Sky's terms and conditions that state you must have a regular payment setup so either a card or a direct debit, so if you haven't got a direct debit setup then Sky are within their rights to take it from your card so as they are you do not need to make any manual payments.
