You should be aware that unless you go to another network (like virgin, altnets, etc.) they will be using the same network as Sky (Openreach) so the fault may be the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all I've been with out broadband all of July and I'm thinking of going with another provider, I know I am due compensation but if I'm closing my account can this be payable to me instead of paying into my sky account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
