I am struggling to pay my broadband bill at moment I think it's already two months not paid and this months is due.i am wondering if I could ask for an extension to avoid being cut off as rely on my broadband as I have PTSD and depression and anxiaty and really on the service for video call for my mental health worker and also my psychiatrist video calls .I am in recept of pip and also uc and limited capability for work .I get that NXT on the 12 th of August so will be asking for an extension of services till then pleas

@Natsy2 Sky won't give any extensions on an unpaid bill if it's already 2 months overdue it highly likely your service may well get terminated due to non payment.
