Your post isn't very clear. Could your discounts have ended and this bill was for the full standard price?

What is the payment for? If you are were on minimum term discount and that has now ended partially if you were new customer as they get remarkably low discount prices. This discount may have now ended and you now paying the full list price for your package. Sky don't tell you when you discount has end they just apply the list price to first bill after the end of your discount date Have a looked on your bill I see what the present amounts is is for, if the amount are now higher than what used to pay look at you previous bill and see if it shows the end date of your discounts. You can view your bill in " bills and payments " in the my Sky app are by logging in to you account on the Sky com web site.
