      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Need help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought I had switched to sky and that they cancel my previous broadband account with three but it hasn't. How do I contact sky about closing my old broadband account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky and three are only the service &amp;nbsp;providers the actual service to the property by open reach therefore , It a physical impossibility to have both service running together. There &amp;nbsp;@Rosei091 needs to contact Sky to find out why broadband &amp;nbsp;has &amp;nbsp;been switched over. As it Sky that has to lease &amp;nbsp;with three to have the old service cancelled so Sky can supply the new service. In this case should not yet be charging for service they are not supplying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is nothing Sky can do for you regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
