Ive only just joined sky on the 7th of July and I still have have no Internet I have someone coming out tomorrow but I wont be home as my disabled son got a hospital appointment how can I rebook this appointment

If the original appointment is for tomorrow you will likely be charged £25 if you change it giving little notice. Can a responsible adult be at the address for you?

Are they actually coming to your home or are they going to the location of the fault which might be outside of your property somewhere ?
