Broadband Issues broadband bill, When I signed up for my broadband package at the Currys PC World store in Jervis Shopping Centre. It was agreed that my monthly broadband charge would be €30. I also noticed that the price online was €27.99 and I was assured in the store that my monthly amount would be amended accordingly. I got a bill for 67:50; and to pay in advance. I can assure you l have not win the lottery. This is going to be fixed. Best wishes Tony

Have you checked the bill dates? Does it cover longer that the normal month? The first couple of bills are generally higher due to the dates they cover. Check future bills to see if that is the amount you're expecting.
