Creating SKY ID from NOW broadband

I have NOW broadband powered by Sky, I am charged every month by Sky and recieve marketing emails from them but not bills. I can't find my account number to make a SKY ID and access my broadband bills. NOW also doesn't recognise my email.

How can I access my account number to create a SKY ID, as I've lost my welcome email?

The chat bot was completely useless.

How is the bill paid so if it is a direct debit then the reference number used could well be your account number.

The reference number on my bank statement is only 11 digits long, and can't be used as the account number either.
