@CherubB1 we're not Sky here. It's a customer Community.

This month's bill will have been created two weeks ago. Any credit in your account at that time (two weeks ago) would normally be used to reduce your bill.

If the credit was added to your account after the bill was created then it will not be used but it should be for next months bill.
