has anyone received a refund for the Disney package as mine automatically renewed for a year back in March and then obviously we then got it Free with sky which I signed up for and transferred my account so they're all linked but I never got a refund

If you were with Disney + direct and on a yearly subscription you should have done. I would take that up with Disney +. I assume you have checked that your subscription is now though Sky, and you not actually still using you Disney account. If you activated the free one it should be basic with ads,

My old yearly subscription, Disney+ automatically attemped a refund soon after I activated mine on Sky. Unfortunately the original payment card was compromised and quite rightly my bank blocked it completely.

Every 30 days since I have contacted Disney+ and they reassure me that they will refund me directly with the bank (bypassing the blocked card), and to leave it for 30 days.

They cannot change the original payment card or offer a cheque. I have almost given up, but you should contact Disney+, chat is easy, but perhaps a waste of time for me. I now have three individuals that promise they will take on the refund personally..
