About my bill

I am not paying £50, I was told my tv would be £15 i didn't ask or was told about having whole house but you still billed me for it, you sent a pre paid box for me to send the puck's back when you only sent me 1 and that was for my lounge so I have non to send back, if I knew my bill was going to be so high i wouldn't have come back to sky

Your first bill might be higher due to it covering more than 4 weeks.

If you want Sky in more than one room that you must have whole home.
